This tool generates the ABA (Abandon Before Answer) curve from your data, fits it to standard patience distributions, and lets you model what happens to abandonment rates as you change staffing levels. The curve shape tells you whether your callers are 'patient' (gradual curve) or 'impatient' (steep drop-off) — which determines whether adding one more agent has a big or small impact on abandonment.
